Hi, I'm Sushant. I run IT operations in Dubai, and after 11+ years in the field, I've collected more stories, fixes, and lessons than I can count. This blog is my way of writing them down and sharing them.

I'm especially interested in how technology affects people, not just the systems and tools, but the human side of keeping IT running. You'll find a mix of how-to guides, small hacks, and reflections from my own journey.

My path in IT

Over the last 11+ years, I’ve worked with teams at Knowledge E, Flowershop.ae, and One.com, building IT systems that actually work for people. From running support desks to leading big infrastructure rollouts, I’ve had a hand in just about every part of IT operations.

Over the years, my focus has stayed the same: making IT systems reliable, simplifying the complex, and giving people the confidence to get their work done.
